An Adventurous Journey at Jasper National Park, Canada

Jasper National Park is located inside Alberta State, Canada and it covers an area of more than ten thousand square kilometres. This national park is the biggest in the Canadian Rockies and it was established in the early 20th century. Jasper National Park is a really interesting park with a lot of natural beauties like the hot springs and the glaciers. Because of its amazing attractions, Jasper National Park is declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the year 1984.

If you rent a car in Canada, it will be a waste if you do not experience a road trip around this national park. However, you would not need to see and travel to every kilometre of the park which can take more than a month! You can just follow the roads here and you will need just around a day or two to see most of the attractions located here. The roads that you will travel are not more than five hundred kilometres. The most ideal place to start your journey will be from Calgary and then you will need to head west to Cochrane. Cochrane is a small town known for its ranch and the Wild West history. If you are interested to know more on the Wild West history in Cochrane, you can have a brief visit to the Cochrane Ranch Historic Site.

After Cochrane, other places that you will visit are Banff National Park, the Bow River, Upper Hot Springs and Johnston Canyon. Banff National Park is a small park beside Jasper National Park that is nowhere comparable to the size of its counterpart. However, this is the first national park established in Canada. At Bow River, you will find a place to sleep after a tiring journey during the day and you can find a lot of facilities in this town. The next day, you can continue your road trip to the Upper Hot Springs to see the iconic hot springs here. However, you are prohibited to take a swim in this place because of security reasons. Meanwhile, Johnston Canyon will amaze you with its high waterfalls and the beautiful creeks here.

The best time to visit Jasper National Park will be during the middle of the year because the weather during these months will be more pleasant compared to the others. As a precaution, make sure that you always fill your car tank full because there are not many fuel stations around the area.

    The hostel is located a short walk from King’s Cross underground station, meeting point for several subway lines. It ‘s also close to Euston Station, where, instead, is the terminus of several buses.     The hotel itself was clean, the shower, however, a little ‘uncomfortable, just down stream and there was no hairdryer. the third floor, directly on Euston Road: some noise in the night, but overlooking St Pancras and when it snowed it was very nice. Upon entering the room we noticed that spilled from heating cold air out and so we switched off, fearing to be cold at night. Instead he turned the central heating and both nights we even felt warm. End of Tenancy Cleaning  As additional cost, include: – the card “YHA” with two payment options. Or the annual valid for one year in all the hostels of the circuit at a price of 10 pounds, or one day at a price of £ 3 a night – breakfast (never done in the hostel because several possibilities just outside) – Internet (0.50 pounds for 10 minutes) – Printer (0.10 pounds per sheet) – luggage (2 pounds to locker) The staff is very friendly and always willing to give information and advice. Common areas are very comfortable although not overly large. Overall, we definitely recommend this hotel, quiet, clean and great location. To be a hostel in London is definitely above average. Tip: book well in advance to have a private room. affordable price: 122 pounds for two people two nights private room. We stayed here because in a previous visit to London, we had entered for a look. Just outside the hostel there are two typical English pub where you can have dinner (kitchen open until 22.00). For a very brief stay in London to keep in mind.
